Products:

Where are your products made?

We design and weave all of our products uniquely to order in the USA.

Do you have fair and sustainable labor practices?

Absolutely. Our manufacturing team is committed to maintaining and upholding responsible workplace and environmental standards through their certification within the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production ( WRAP ) organization. We also weave every blanket uniquely to order to conserve resources. 

Can you use the blankets as rugs?

Our blankets are more delicate than a typical rug, but our customers do use our pieces as rugs, yes! We just recommend placing them on a thick rug pad in a low-traffic, no-shoe area. 

What are the washing instructions for the blankets?

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach or tumble dry. 

Can you hang the blankets on the wall? 

Yes, our blankets make beautiful wall hangings! They are very versatile, and lightweight enough that 2-3 nails should do the trick. You can check out our ‘Customers’ stories highlight on our Instagram page to see how other customers have styled theirs.

Orders + Shipments:

How do I know that my order has been successfully submitted?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may contact us via email at support@clrclr.com to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped. You have 24 hours from the time in which your order was placed to make an order modification. 

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is free worldwide over $100 ☺︎ 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most all of North & South America, Europe, Asia and Oceania. But in case your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will inform you right away and make necessary changes to your order. To learn more about our destination listings, contact us via email at support@clrclr.com. 

How can I change my Shipping Address?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can email us to notify us of the shipping address changes. If the order has already been shipped out, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. 

Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly! If you enter the wrong shipping address, and do not correct it within 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to offer a refund.  

Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

Returns + Cancellations:

What is your return & exchange policy?

How to return your item?

All items are refundable within 15 days if there was a product defect or a shipping issue on our part. Please refer to our Refund Policy page. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You may contact us via email at support@clrclr.com to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.

Can I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive in time for a birthday or a holiday like Christmas?

We can only offer refunds on orders that exceed our quoted shipping times (12 to 30 business days depending on the location). We are a small business and weave each piece uniquely to order and ask that you please plan accordingly depending on your specific needs and deadlines. Privacy + Security:

Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care of the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes. To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses credit card processor for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway, keeping all data encrypted with AES-256. 

Is my personal information kept private?

Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law.
