Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final unless there is a product defect or a shipping issue caused by us. Because each piece is woven to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason.
Refund Window
We offer a 15-day refund window, meaning you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item to request a refund.
If your item arrives damaged, clear photos showing the damage must be provided within this 15-day period. Refund requests submitted without the required photo documentation may not be eligible, even if the initial message is sent within the 15-day window.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be in the same condition in which it was received

The item must be unwashed and unused

Photo documentation is required to assess eligibility

Proof of purchase is required
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request a cancellation by emailing support@clrclr.com
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered production or shipped.
Because our blankets are woven to order, once production has begun, we are unable to cancel an order free of charge.
Order modifications (including address changes) must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders with incorrect shipping addresses that are not corrected within this timeframe are not eligible for a refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Delays & Non-Delivery
We quote the following maximum transit times:
Blankets and Pillows

USA: up to 12 business days

Canada: up to 21 business days

International: up to 30 business days
Refunds are only offered if an order exceeds these quoted transit times.
Holiday & Deadline-Sensitive Orders
We cannot offer refunds for orders that do not arrive in time for birthdays, holidays, or special events unless the order exceeds our quoted shipping timelines. As a small business producing made-to-order items, we kindly ask customers to plan ahead based on their specific deadlines.
