We take pride in crafting each piece uniquely to order. Please note that production can take up to 6 business days for our blankets and pillows. Our handmade rugs can be in production for a minimum of 6 weeks. We encourage you to review our transit times below to plan your shopping accordingly.

Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. All Clr Shop items are made to order.
Shipping Days: We ship orders on weekdays, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Address: Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check this information carefully. If there is an error in the address, any shipping costs to return and resend the item will be the customer’s responsibility. You have 24 hours to update your address before we begin production on your piece. Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to make changes to the address.
Order Tracking: Every order is assigned a tracking ID, allowing you to monitor your parcel to its destination. Some international postal providers may not offer tracking after your parcel leaves the country, depending on local services. If you are having trouble tracking your international shipment, we recommend using https://parcelsapp.com which offers comprehensive tracking across multiple shipping carriers.
Dynamic Delivery Estimates: At checkout, you’ll receive a dynamic shipping estimate based on our current shipping data. This estimate is accurate for 96% of orders. However, we also offer the following guaranteed time frames, within which you can expect your items to arrive or your money back:

If your order arrives outside of the above guaranteed windows, you are eligible for a refund or complimentary replacement. Please contact us within 15 days of your expected delivery date to initiate this process.
International Orders:
- Worldwide: We offer free shipping on orders over $100 worldwide.
- Duties & Taxes: You may be required to pay duties, taxes, or other fees upon delivery in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary based on local regulations.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders: Please report any issues with your order to support@clrclr.com, including your order number for reference. We’ll work quickly to resolve any problems.
Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to change or cancel an order, please email support@clrclr.com. We can only accommodate these requests if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
