Shipping Policy

GET YOUR HOLIDAY ORDERS IN EARLY!

The holidays are just around the corner, and we can’t wait to get your special pieces ready for you and your loved ones! We ask that you please order early to make sure we can reach you in time for the holidays!

We weave each piece uniquely to order. Pieces can be in production for up to 6 business days. Please review our transit times below and plan your holiday shopping accordingly:

US Standard

Allow up to 12 business days from the ship date

Canada Standard

Allow up to 21 business days from the ship date

International Standard

Allow up to 30 business days from the ship date

We are always available via our support email to help track your item & do our very best to get your goods to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience very much! 

Order Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. All blankets are made to order and can generally be in production for about a week depending on demand.

Shipping Days: Orders are usually shipped weekdays with the exception of public holidays.

Order Addresses: Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure this address is correct, as shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending a new item will be charged to you.

Order Tracking: All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. In some International countries, it may not be possible to track your parcel past the point of exit as the postal provider in your country may not provide this as a service.
 
International Orders
  • Countries: We offer free shipping worldwide.
  • Other Charges: You may be required to pay duties, taxes or other customs charges on your order when received in your country. We are not responsible for those fees and these will be payable by you. The customer is responsible for any customs-related inquiries communicated to them by their local authorities. 
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders: Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders via to support@clrclr.com. Please quote your order number with your email.

What happens if my product doesn't arrive?

We quote no more than the following transit times for our shipments:

USA: 12 business days in transit 

Canada: 21 business days in transit

International: 30 business days in transit

If your product doesn't arrive within the specified time frame, you are eligible for a refund or a complimentary replacement. Please note, we can only issue refunds and replacements if you contact us within 15 days of your expected delivery date. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may contact us via email at support@clrclr.com to request a cancellation to your order. Please be advised we can only cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.
