As we hand-weave each of these pieces, we are unable to provide refunds or returns unless there is a product defect or a shipping issue caused by us. We understand the investment involved in purchasing these rugs, which is why we're happy to offer the option of weaving a sample for you first. This way, you can have a better sense of the fabric and colors before committing to the full piece. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you're completely comfortable with your purchase decision.

• Please note: all of our pieces are made to order. This handmade rug takes a minimum of 6 weeks to weave. Please plan your shopping accordingly!
