Once your package leaves the U.S. with UPS, sometimes it’s handed off to your local postal carrier for final delivery.

Here’s how to track it all the way to your door:

  1. Track via UPS (your original tracking link).
  2. Click “View All Shipping Details”
  3. Then click: → Shipment Details → Alternate Tracking Number

Copy that Alternate Tracking Number and paste it into your local postal service's website for the most accurate updates in your country. (Pro-tip: you can also use parcelsapp.com, a universal tracking website). 

This alternate tracking number lets you follow your package once it's handled locally — super helpful for real-time delivery details!

→How Long Will It Take?

We guarantee that your package will arrive within 30 business days from the ship date — and often much sooner.

→Two Common Reasons Packages Get Delayed

1. Import Fee or Customs Payment

Your local carrier might hold your package until you pay an import/customs fee.

What to do: Check your local carrier’s website using the Alternate Tracking Number and complete any payment requests right away to avoid your package being returned to the U.S.

2. Pick-Up Required

Your package may be waiting for you at your local post office.

What to do: Visit your local carrier's site for pick-up details. Most post offices only hold packages for 2 weeks — don’t wait!
